What's different? What do you expect? What do you see instead? On MY
Win32 machine, I have no problems with the :make command, after I have
set the appropriate compiler using the :compiler command.

What do you expect? What do you see instead? There is no need for the
"tee" application to get this working. I certainly don't have it on my
Windows machine.
