My ISP's DNS server cannot resolve that hostname, yet SpamCop resolves
it to 217.150.250.215 which seems to depend from a Swiss ISP called
nine.ch -- however, trying to browse http://217.150.250.215/ (with or
without the rest of the path) gives me "Network timeout error", and the
following looks suspect to me, as listed on
http://www.senderbase.org/senderbase_queries/detailip?search_string=217.150.250.215

Also, from your bounce email below, I wondered if it was wikimindmap.org
or wikimindmap.com, but neither resolves on my side and both resolve to
the same IP address at SpamCop.
Trying to "traceroute" to www.wikimindmap.com or .org gives "Temporary
failure in name resolution" which is not the same as "Name or service
not known" (which I try e.g. on "traceroute foo.bar.baz").
AFAICT, wikimindmap has gone (temporarily?) out of business, or at least
out of Internet business. Or else, maybe their web server is only
connected during Swiss work hours? I tested this a few minutes ago, I'm
in the same timezone as Switzerland, and it is now 07:19 my time.
