There seems to be a unixkit-tiny available at:
http://www.quadlasers.com/download/unixkit-tiny.rar
Other ressources for Windows are GnuWin32 from Sourceforge.net:
http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/diffutils.htm
and UnxUtils:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/unxutils/

that seems to be now:
http://colas.nahaboo.net/mouse-wheel-scroll/

I think this is now:
http://www.gtk.org/documentation.html

According to that site:
http://www.alcatel-lucent.com/wps/portal/!ut/p/kcxml/04_Sj9SPykssy0xPLMnMz0vM0Y_QjzKLd4w3dnTRL8h2VAQADYR9IA!!?LMSG_CABINET=Solution_Product_Catalog&LMSG_CONTENT_FILE=Products/Product_Detail_000058.xml
It should still be available. The original site seems to require a
login-now. May be this is only a temporary problem?

Looking through the rest of the list later.

Christian
