Did you finish installation as per tony's instructions?

If you didn't like to work from a console/vim, you can also try type
this after open a fresh gvim,
 :Project
then the cursor should goto the left window. without type any colon
(:), just type \C

Does this work?

I did type in Project in my gvim.
I did made a dir call ~/.vim and i did untar like  tony said.I did type \C samething.
