[ANN] pyclewn release 1.4

Pyclewn 1.4 has been released at http://pyclewn.sourceforge.net/

Pyclewn is a python program that allows the use of Vim as a front end
to gdb.

In this release, breakpoints numbers are displayed in the source code
margin and a new command opens a Vim quickfix window with the list of
the breakpoints.
