First check, that vim is seeing those chars. In Insert mode press
<C-V> followed by your desired keys. If that does not show anything,
vim does not 'see' your keys (as was the case, when I tried <c-.>, <c-,>
on my Windows gvim.)
If that works, just mapp them. ;)

(Tony will probably jump in and explain, what keys can be mapped)
