Comment folds, skip search in this area

Hello all

I use vim 'Project' plugin, nice tool, no doubt. I work on my proper
project, with many branches, by other words i have many files with
the same names, in one 'project' file.
It's difficult to found a file from one branch, because i always cross
with same files in other branches.

There is way to comment 'project' fold, to prevent false search
result?
