I don't like having unsaved work which I cannot notice at a glance. If
I have a modified buffer, it will be in a window somewhere (possibly
on another tab page) with a [+] indicator in the statusline/tabline.
Setting 'hidden' would be disastrous for me; I am very absent minded.
I like it better to just set 'confirm' to allow me to tell Vim "yes,
keep going, I know what I'm doing" and keep my unsaved work visible.
