I would say, make any estimate based on the above and on the fact that
Vim is also available for Mac, Windows and "true" Unix boxes, as well as
for IBM mainframes. Don't be afraid to shoot high. In fact, make sure to
exaggerate on the high side, because however high your guess, it will
still be too low. ;-)
