Re: a question about path where the files to be edited are


You could put those directories into the 'path' option, then use
:find instead of :edit.  Once those directories are in 'path',
though, you could use gF or ^WF to jump to the file name and line
number under the cursor.


Hmmm. Seems like gF or ^WF don't work for me.
I am stuck with vim 6.3, and I guess those features are more modern.

But thanks a lot anyway.
