Re: Screen refresh lag on gvim + ubuntu 11.10 (gnome3)

Switching colorschemes doesn't resolve the issue. It seems to be an
underlying issue in the cursor system. Also, moria looks significantly
different in gvim which is what prompted me to switch from console to
gui initially.

I took a couple of screenshots to help illustrate the problem, which

The first image in the album shows the issue with command input (the
":" commands, by the way).
The second image shows the same problem in the "Insert" mode. The text
of that image also contains all the command outputs as requested in
the previous post.

I hope this helps clarify the image. As always, let me know what more
