Guido,

I have no experience with NERDTree. However, Piotr Maj submitted a
patch for (what is now) an earlier version of vcscommand. I have
included Piotr's patch in my git tree at:

http://repo.or.cz/w/vcscommand.git

... under the 'pm/nerdtree' branch. I have further modified it to
hopefully make it work alongside other changes I made to the plugin in
the interim. My changes are in the 'nerdtree' branch.

Please feel free to test either set of changes. I will take a look
at NERDTree in the somewhat near future and validate the changes
myself, but don't have a lot of time at the moment.

I assume that the basic functionality of the plugins do not
interfere with one another, and that you want directory-level VCS
commands to work in NERDTree buffers. If that is not correct, please
let me know.

Thank you,

bob
