Now you should do two things:
1. Figure out why ClearCase is screwing up your path and prevent that
(or add a work-around for it such as an alias).
2. See if you can get a more recent Vim. Even though 7.0 has tabs,
7.1, 7.2, and 7.3 have all come out since then adding tons of new
features and bugfixes.
