does guibg=#aabbcc, doesn't work in non gvim.
i am seeing two different behaviors,

hi Comment ctermfg=cyan guibg=#592929 --> this doesn't work.

but, it works in the following vimrc command.

highlight OverLength ctermbg=red ctermfg=white guibg=#592929
match OverLength /\%81v.*/

why is this behavior ?
