I got vim up and running on my iPad, and used a huge vimball to move
everything over onto it. I also have a bluetooth keyboard.

There are many issues that I have with this combination. The escape key
doesn't work (use the backslash instead),
arrow keys don't work, and control keys seldom work (for example, ctrl-w
j ), even though I have these keys on my bluetooth keyboard. One can set
up maps to do most of the things that the non-working keys do.

I can create folders with netrw, btw.
