Refactoring tool

Hi all,

Do you use a tool (or some tools) integrated to ViM to refactor (in a file/class/method)?
I have tried http://code.google.com/p/lh-vim/wiki/lhRefactor and https://github.com/taq/vim-refact but they are too simple for my needs.
