Jump to place after character

In vim, there are 't' for jumping to place before character, and 'f' for jumping to character. I wonder why there is no command for jumping to place after character. Now I created below mappings which made my life easier. Has anyone come up with something similar or better?

nnoremap g( f(l
nnoremap g[ f[l
nnoremap g{ f{l

Thanks,
Guoliang Cao
