New project: the Vim user manual in markdown format.

Hell to all of you.

I've started a new project: the conversion of the "Vim user manual" in Pandoc's markdown format. The project is aimed to obtain a reference more comfortably readable as a printed document, or an e-book, or whatever.

Bram, if you're not agree with this project let me know and I will delete it.
