* are you sure you're actually using the vim that you compiled? whereis vim
* please give output of vim --version (you don't want tiny, you want
normal, big, or huge). You might want to recompile:
make distclean
configure --with-features=huge
make
make install
* I've protected netrw v151g in more places from lack of clipboard
problems. You can get it from my website:
http://www.drchip.org/astronaut/vim/index.html#NETRW . If that problem
persists, please let me know what line number is involved.
