A few of these issues are feature requests or work items (like the "Merge
into/with official phpcomplete.vim file"). Still a spring cleaning is much needed
for the old and unreproducible ones.

Thanks for pointing this out, I'll go ahead and close the ones, I think have
nothing else to do with.
