remote-expr calling fails

Hi,

I got a running vim server named JOB_1 and don't understand why this console command does not work :
E449: Invalid expression received: Send expression failed


vim --servername JOB_1 --remote-expr 'SchedulingTask(2014 04 21 14:30:00,echo foo)'


NB: OS Windows 8.1
