Thanks Paul. I'd not noticed "MyCompare" in the documentation somehow.

I did notice that the sort() help says that it sorts based on the String representation of the items, so I guess this is at least *mentioned*, but I agree in considering it a bug. At the very least I'd expect an alternate function to be built in.
