If it caused the vim client to update and display the new contents, then
sure,
but I don't see how that tail command will cause vim to refresh.
The whole reason for using vim was to have the ability to capture all
the errors
at one time, then be able to use vim to page through the text as well as
find
specific texts or errors when needed.
