Re: what is the command to start lists in notes.vim ?

Normally you start vim with notes.vim when you open a new file with the
prefix 'notes:'. You can also set a default extension (like .note) in
your vimrc, then will open files with that extension automatically with
notes.vim.

Read the documentation on github on how to use it, it is pretty
self-explanatory and extensive.
