"vim +n" trigger

I often open a file at a particular line number, with "vim <file> +n". Is there a variable I can examine with something like BufReadPost so that I can centre the line on my screen (like with "zz"). I don't see any autocmds that detect the +, so I'm hoping there's a variable or something that gets set when it's used. Thanks.
