How do I install the github version? Previously, I downloaded the .vmb
file, opened it in vim and did :so %. But in the github page, I do not
see one single file. Instead I see multiple files. There is a link to
download all of it into a zip file. Is there a way to convert the zip
file into a .vmb file so I can easily install it?
