Paste as a comment, but without formatting

When I paste some code inside a comment, I would like it to be
automatically commented out, but not formatted in any way. I cannot
find a way to do it (in one step). With `set nopaste` the code is
commented out but also formatted. With `set paste` the code is left as
is, but also not commented out. Toggling autoindent does not seem to
help either. I have formatoptions=tcqrnjo. Any suggestion?
