That may be fine for cexpr, but wouldn't make more sense if lexpr used a
buffer-local value instead? Say I have opened two different file types:
one would expect that lexpr would populate the location list using the
errorformat associated to the current buffer. In my tests, this is not the
case.

@Christian: I'll try the patch on the weekend.
