AWL Tags bar

Hi,

I am working on a lot of Siemens AWL files and have already done a ayntax file.

Now, I would like to be able to tag some variables or structures which are declared in the file and if possible navigate like tags permit on other filetype.

Here is a sample of source AWL and the awl.vim syntax file.
