Question about Add new file type to the taglist

Now I can only see the current file in the taglist window, but the symbol of the file doesn't show out.

Attachment contain the sreenshot of the "tags" file and the modify in the taglist.vim

my tags file seems right, but there is sth wrong with the taglist to show it.
