The taglist plugin generates the tags defined in a source file at run
time for every
file and parses the output. You can try the steps described in the following
page to debug your issue:

The taglist plugin relies on exuberant ctags to generate the tags. It also
relies on Vim to detect the proper file type and maps the file type to the
file type understood by exuberant ctags.
