https://sourceforge.net/projects/cream/files/Vim/ offers (at the
moment) Vim 8.0.3 for Win32. It will also run on Win64, thanks to the
WOW64 module of the OS. But it won't handle files larger than 2 GiB
even if you have the memory for it, and I think Numbers (integers) are
limited to the range from -21474836478 to +2147483647 too. Floating
numbers, of course, don't have that limitation.
