Looks like a sequence of "-1" votes got added in a small time range on
April 9 and 10. IP addresses are all over the place. Weird.

I tried to remove those rows from the table, but I think something went
wrong, it looks like all votes for the script were deleted. But the
displayed count didn't actually change.
