FYI: Functions to get the various Vim lists

Hi all,

With the recent addition of the getchangelist() and getjumplist()
functions, Vim now has the following functions to get information
about the various internal lists:

argv() - Argument list
getbufinfo() - Buffer list
getchangelist() - Change list
getjumplist() - Jump list
getloclist() - Location list
getqflist() - Quickfix list
gettabinfo() - Tab page list
getwininfo() - Window list
