FocusGained FocusLost and finally FocusGained

Hi,

According to the attached gif, I launch gvim under windows 10,
1.has focus
2.volontary los clicking on other app
3. finally gvim get focus again without any user action at about 3 seconds.


Os or gvim plugin make it to get focus again, how can I find which is at the origin ?
