GetLatestVimScripts broken

Hi,

Since a while GetLatestVimScripts appears to be broken, it doesn't find
any newer releases of installed scripts. I checked
~/.vim/GetLatest/GetLatestVimScripts.dat versions against
https://www.vim.org/scripts/ and found several newer ones.

What could cause this?
