X error and vim dies

This is Fedora 32, Xfce4 4.14.3 and gvim is

VIM - Vi IMproved 8.2 (2019 Dec 12, compiled Apr 17 2020 00:00:00)
Included patches: 1-587


I start gvim from terminal (in order to see the error messages) and do
shade. Then I get:

BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
Vim: Got X error
Vim: Finished.


I use CopyQ clipboard manager but it happens as well if CopyQ is
stopped.

guioptions are: egimrLtT!
