Error in opening a .py file in a directory named '**'

Hi

$ ls -gGl '**/main.py'
-rwxr-xr-x 1 105 2021/03/15-17:02:44 '**/main.py'

vim shows the following error when I have a .py file. in **. Can
anybody reproduce this error? Does anybody know which file this error
is from?
