Are function evaluated at Lambda declaration ?

Hi,

Is this line declaration in vim9script evaluate the LogX_FOOBAR function or not ?

  var LambdDetectInLine: func = function('LogX_FOOBAR',
                                      [ LogX.pattern.start.func, LogX.codefunc]) # lambda like function
