I solved the problem with the following workaround:

if !exists("g:vimrplugin_rpathadded")
let $PATH = b:rinstallpath . '\bin;' . $PATH
let g:vimrplugin_rpathadded = 1
endif

May be this solution will be useful for someone else in the future...
