scrollbind problem

Hi Vim users.

I'm using Vim for viewing sql query output, as described here:

I have one small problem with synchronised buffer scrolling (scrollbind option).

After I execute this Less macro, I get a nice two-windows view, where the top window has only one row, and is needed only for displaying the header line. Top windows should scroll right and left when I press arrows on keyboard.

But it does not work on first right arrow stroke. Why?

After I press arrow twice, it works. After that it works normally in both directions.

I'm using Vim 7.3.
