Hi, I am a Chinese we use QQ in CN, but I find that the tech or the skill is better in foreign forum or somewhat.
I hope that I can communicate with foreigner friend immediately, so I want to join a tech group like Vim.
I find there are too many tools msn, facebook and so on,
So what should I do? Which one is fit for my require. Tnx a lot.
There are many communities around various forms of communication around Vim with highly intersecting set of members. I know about mailing lists (vim-dev and vim-use you are writing to, these have different purposes: development of vim itself (-dev) and something like user support (-use), also talks about plugins), https://vi.stackexchange.com/ and IRC (freenode) #vim channel.
There is also vim-jp community, but it is Japanese and I do not know match about it, except that they have a dedicated user on github (https://github.com/vim-jp) and at least https://github.com/Shougo is there.
