And content between start and end varies. So perform replace on 1st live only is not a solution.

I have this block of text:

START
aaaa
bbb
cccc
END

I try to record a macro that perform substitutions between START and END.
Say, I need to replace aaaa with ee and cccc with ff. Cursor is at START.
I do visual selection and then search replace :<,>s
My problem is macro execution terminates on search item not found. Because
aaaa is not on every line then s/aaaa/ee/ produces not found on 2nd
and 3rd line.
