Re: cursor blinking in Bash on Ubuntu on Windows

In an MSDOS or Win32 console, only the height of the cursor can be changed.
For a console the 't_SI' and 't_EI' escape sequences are used
But in Win32 console the curser blinks

In bash on Ubuntu on Windows the curser blinks also
and $TERM is xterm.
