:V generates "E464: Ambiguous use of user-defined command" (windows)

Hello,
Using the standard windows _vimrc and typing
:V
generates the message
E464: Ambiguous use of user-defined command

Typing
:h :V
only gives netrw command :Vexplore

In the list in index.txt, I found no other command starting with :V

Why this E464 error?
