It was me, discussing this issue with Bram in the thread starting at
http://groups.google.com/group/vim_dev/msg/afa51bd48e99d30e

I still find it highly inconsistent, because when I work with folds it
happens every once in a while to me and I find this really irritating and
its a major annoyance for me.
