Is this the place to submit patches / updates for syntax colouring?

Hi,
Sorry I'm new around here. Anyway, I have made several changes to the syntax highlighting of the VHDL language (syntax/vhdl.vim), to reflect latest changes from VHDL-2008 standard.

Where can I submit these changes?
