Don't know if it's a bug or not but...

Hi!

Two observtions on MacVim (would be great if someone could check if they are also reproducible with GVim), version 8.1.950:

1. If guicursor blinking is disabled (set guicursor+=a:blinkon0), then Vim's terminal, which is accessible with :sh, shows no cursor at all:

2. If guioptions are set to execute external commands in a terminal window (set guioptions+=!, to replace Vim's dumb terminal with a usual one for :sh), then every system() call demands the usual "Press ENTER or type command to continue".
