Yeah, it is not updated anymore:

Vim-Plug has even removed support for automatic downloading of scripts
from their page:
https://github.com/junegunn/vim-plug/issues/625

I think, the vim-scripts page should mention, that the plugins are not
updated anymore (or even completely remove all repositories).

CC'ing one of the maintainers. Perhaps he can comment.
