on the left and right hand, respectively. Also, you might find that less
finger motion overall will help with agitation (I find that it helps,
some friends of mine say it doesn't help them. Pick your poison, I
guess).
Last but not least -- if you're having problems with an RSI injury,
maybe see a chiropractor for some advice on ergonomics :).
